There are three areas of AIO that members can use when they come in for their workout.

The first is the main gym area. This space is 2800 sqft and is used primarily for our CrossFit classes. With its large open workout space, members feel comfortable while exercising because they can move around freely and safely without having to worry about overcrowding or feeling cramped.

Our second space is the Open Gym area dedicated to Open Gym, Personal Training, as well as some of our specialty classes like FIT & Chill, and Olympic Lifting. This area is 1900 sqft and stocked with awesome equipment so that individuals can get the best workout experience possible.

This unique space also allows trainers to work one-on-one with clients in order to best customize each session and help them reach their fitness goals.

Our third space is known as our Mobility room.  This mobility area features an inversion table, plenty of mobility accessories, as well as access to the Pliability app.
