Beginners Welcome

Unlike many other CrossFit boxes, we pride ourselves on delivering the kind of personalized attention that allows all newcomers to participate in any of our CrossFit or other classes offered from day one. Our intention is to create ONE community of all levels in each class.

If you’d prefer to learn the ropes in a one-on-one setting, please inquire about our Springboard program to familiarize yourself with the movements, proper technique, and CrossFit lingo prior to joining our group classes.

Athlete Programming

Get customized programming to take your training to the next level. Our coaches have trained many athletes, ranging from amateur to professional athletes in hockey, figure skating, endurance, martial arts, squash, swimming, track, triathlon, cycling and golf – they know what works.

Personal Training

Set up a free consultation with us and see how we can help you achieve your goals. Many of our coaches have decades worth of experience and a unique approach compared to what you may find at traditional commercial gyms.

Teams that sweat together, stay together.
