Who you are matters to us. Before you begin your journey, we meet with you to understand your history, lifestyle, any limitations you may have and to discuss your goals. This information is gathered at our “Free Intro Session”. The session is important because the information you provide is used to customize a membership plan that fits your needs. We want you to succeed – whether that’s through personal training, group classes, a nutrition program or a mix of all three!
In this session, you will perform a simple assessment, meet one of our staff and have a tour of our space so that when you come in for your first workout, the environment will be more familiar and enjoyable.
