Learn the CrossFit fundamentals during eight, one-on-one, 45 minute sessions. Once you’ve graduated, receive a complimentary month of unlimited classes, and then roll into an annual unlimited membership.
Personal training in a dedicated space. One-on-one or small group sessions to meet your goals. Enjoy training once, twice, three, or four times a week and access our Open Gym and Mobility Room. PT members can also attend up to eight group classes a month at a discounted rate.
Designed for children 8-10 and 11-16 years of age who want to improve their stamina, strength and confidence. We offer 45 minute classes, 3 days a week. Juniors can sign up for 4 classes a month or an unlimited membership.Find Out More
