Strength Coach, Specialty: Powerlifting
As with many teenagers, Domenic eventually stopped competitive sports and over time, became overweight. Unhappy with his 200 lbs self, Domenic began going to a gym and working with weights. With the assistance of a personal trainer, Domenic worked consistently and lost 45lbs. He decided that one day he would help people in the same way. He became a Fitness Trainer in 2019 and due to the proximity of his college, discovered AIO.
In 2018, Dom began taking Coach Jared’s Powerlifting classes which only strengthened his passion for weight training. Domenic understands the importance of how being strong in the gym prepares you for everyday life. No matter if it's athletes, students, teenagers or even someone who wants to learn something new, he is meticulous about bettering them in the gym.
When he isn't busy helping someone crush a new PR or doing that himself, Domenic loves spending his free time learning more. From form & technique to program structuring and even nutrition & supplementation, he is never afraid of getting stronger mentally as well as physically.
