Lyne’s CrossFit experience began in 2000 when she was searching for a way to introduce strength and conditioning into her squash training. She felt immediately challenged and quickly realized improvements in her daily activities. Lyne was drawn to the variety of each day’s workout and as such, she has never looked back. As an athletic individual, with twelve years of dance experience in her teenage years, Lyne has always been open to improving herself, learning new movements, exploring and challenging her body and fitness. CrossFit has and continues to test Lyne’s fitness and has changed her life for the better. Lyne loves the pure joy that comes with her accomplishments and for everything it has taught her about herself.
Lyne is extremely grateful for the wonderful community that has evolved at AIO, and how they create a sense of belonging to anyone who has walked through the door. Together, they endeavour to do their individual best in a supportive group environment. Lyne hopes she can inspire and help others to become healthier, stronger, enjoy CrossFit and obtain a more confident version of themselves.
