Jessica Parra is a Natural Health Practitioner. She is specialized in several yoga modalities such as Thai yoga massage. Thai Yoga massage is a lovely ancient practice that encompasses breath and acupressure in the zen lines of the body. The zen lines are energy points which flow in the body from head to toe. The body naturally creates tension in these zen lines, whether its through actively using the muscles in repetitive motions and or through stress and bad posture. Thai Yoga Massage gives the recipient the opportunity to be moved in several yoga poses while receiving touch therapy throughout the body.
In her spare time Jessica is busy practicing her new found love CrossFit and continues her yoga practice in the wee hours of the morning. She loves to write and has bravely performed several open mic nights, reciting her poetry. The zen usually subsides when she is catering to her two lovely daughters but she is taught great patience from these two young teachers. Jessica hopes to change the world through her healing abilities and believes that the power of change is accessible if three elements are considered, balance of the mind, body and spirit.
