If you are new to CrossFit, don’t be scared!  We specialize in beginners and will ensure you remain safe while taking into consideration your current level of fitness.  We always modify our workouts so that everyone is working at their appropriate level.

If you are really hesitant or prefer circuit type classes, then try our FIT & Chill classes.  These classes do not incorporate any technical movements (i.e. olympic lifts) and will focus largely on cardio and stability.

You are welcome to enjoy a free trial class on us.  All we ask is for you to let us know the day and time of the class you plan on attending below so we can be ready for your visit.

Note: Free Trials are for individuals considering a 3-12 month membership.

Here are some tips to make your first experience that much more enjoyable:

  • Show up at least 10 minutes before the class start time to meet our staff, get a tour and fill out necessary paperwork.
  • Wear athletic clothing and bring a pair of dry clean athletic shoes.
  • Bring a water bottle and a small towel.
  • We have cubbies in open gym space for you to place your belongings.  You are also welcome to bring a lock and use our day lockers.
  • If you intend to shower after your workout, bring toiletries and a towel.
